FOUNDER RECOMMENDATION
— Markus Peherstorfer, Founder
How WoifGin Was Created
It all began with the Peherstorfer family's tradition of distilling fine spirits. What started as a family tradition in Waldviertel became a passion for premium organic gin with a unique character.
"From the very beginning, we have focused on what makes it special – a unique name, the best ingredients, and a gin that reflects our home."
Hubert passed away unexpectedly in 2021. He will live on forever in the heart of the WoifGin project.

"We have tried many gins, but WOIF is by far the best. You can really taste the organic quality."
