Diving into the world of gin
Introduction to distillation, history and the basics. Raw materials and botanicals to smell, taste and touch. Tasting of 3 WoifGin products.

The experience
Everything from Package 1, with more time and one more variety. Tasting of 4 WoifGin products; snacks and bread are included.

The deep dive
Gin styles, maceration, legal aspects. Identifying botanicals in a quiz, blind tasting of 4 varieties, your group's own gin from the 2-litre still. Tasting of 6 WoifGin products.

Package 4
Feel it and dive in
Packages 2 and 3 in full, plus your own gin creation: choose the botanicals, distil it yourself, design and print the label, fill the bottles and take them home.

Food and a traditional Jause from €10 gross per person by arrangement, or a warm buffet on request.

Tasting at home
Booking
Tastings take place in the Woifshöhle in Mistelbach. We arrange the date with you personally – write to us with your preferred date and number of people.
