Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only available domestically (Austria).

Shipping costs (including statutory value-added tax)

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value).

For orders with a value of €100 or more, shipping is free of charge.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Austria) of the goods will take place within 3 – 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For goods customized according to customer requirements, the creation of the correction template will take place within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, and the execution of the design work and delivery of the goods will take place within 7 working days after approval of the correction template (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective offer.

For self-pickup, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Details on Payment

The invoice amount is to be settled within 10 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
