How WoifGin Was Created
It all began with the Peherstorfer family's tradition of distilling fine spirits. What started as a family tradition in Waldviertel became a passion for premium organic gin with a unique character.
"From the very beginning, we have focused on what makes it special – a unique name, the best ingredients, and a gin that reflects our home."
Hubert passed away unexpectedly in 2021. He will live on forever in the heart of the WoifGin project.
